A Sunday afternoon sound bath to help you replenish and soften into surrender. Completely let go and experience the healing vibrations of Alchemy crystal singing bowls.

This is your peaceful opportunity to hand everything over for 75-minutes and surrender to sound at the beautiful Grow Yoga studio hidden away in Dyson Place in Sheffield. 

Through the healing vibrations of the Alchemy crystal singing bowls, you’ll be immersed in frequencies helping to rebalance body, mind and emotions. 

I'll use chimes and other instruments during this session to help you let go, breathe and recentre. This is your invitation to be held with sound and make time and space for yourself. There’ll be time for a cup of tea at the end and journalling if you feel called. 

What to bring:

- Wear something you can feel warm, comfy and cosy in

- Eye pillow if that helps you relax

- Journal
