Surrender with slow sound waves and relaxation in this new year experience that aims to help you begin your year by nourishing your own wellbeing.
We'll soften and release the post-Christmas rush with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice and other instruments in the warm and cosy Grow Yoga studio hidden away in Dyson Place in Sheffield.
We'll use a blend of guided meditation and a journey through sound in this session where you'll be immersed in frequencies helping to rebalance body, mind and emotions. There'll be healthy treats and herbal tea to ground back into the body.
You'll have time and space to rest and receive, quieten down outside noise and focus on you.
What to bring:
- Wear something that feels warm and comfy
- Eye pillow if that helps you relax
