REJUVENATING YOGA & BREATH We’ll gather together at the gorgeous heritage barn, Dronfield Hall Barn, hidden amongst lush gardens which you’ll have time to relax in. You’ll immerse yourself in a breathwork and movement practice led by Bronwyn, who will guide you through a blissful stretchy, restore and flow yoga session to rejuvenate and rest. Suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced, all practices will be a chance for you to deeply reconnect with you.
SLOW NOURISHING YOU TIME, LUNCH & CACAO There’ll be some free time between practices to journal amongst the beautiful gardens, create, write, unwind and connect in conversation with like-minded women, followed by a delicious plant-based gluten-free lunch prepared with love. You’ll connect with your heart too, with a cup of cacao.
JOURNEY WITH SOUND We’ll then settle into a soothing journey through sound with an Alchemy crystal singing bowl sound bath with Lorna, who will lead you through a calming meditation as you offer yourself the gift of slowing down. The frequencies of the instruments will allow your brainwaves to slow and for any stagnant energy in the body to release. We’ll close the day in circle before leaving this little haven.
